Delivery

We are able to service customers in the worldwide market. Delivery charges are as shown on the website. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date. However, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.

Returns & Order Cancellation

We do not sell goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us with in 2 days by e-mail or by phone. We do exchange in some cases. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from ArabPerfumes.com. All documents delivered in or with the original shipment, such as packing slips, advice notes etc, must be enclosed. You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be expected to pay for the return and re-delivery of the goods. Please note, all kinds of Incense Oud products are not refundable by any means.
